Silicone Putty - - Easy Mold Making Putty

Clean the model and apply a layer of adhesive glue on the bottom.

Step 2: Fix the model

Press hard to fix the model on the flat work plate, so that the model is tightly fixed on the work plate.

Step 3: Prepare silicone putty

Take a proper amount of silicone putty from Part A (white) and Part B (blue) by hand, and take the same amount of putty from Part AB by 1:1 ratio.

Step 4: Mix silicone putty

Mix AB parts and knead them evenly. Our silicone putty has a 3 minute work time and a 20-30 minute demold time (25°C / 77°F). If you need to extend the demold time, you can put it in the refrigerator first.

Step 5: Surface coating

First apply a layer of silicone putty on the surface of the model, and distribute it in the details of the model surface.

Step 6: Apply again

Continue to add silicone putty to the surface.

Step 7: Organize the modeling

The overall shape of silicone putty shall be well arranged.

Step 8: Separation and demoulding

Wait for about half an hour after the silicone putty is completely cured, you can separate and complete the production of mold making.
